We use information to prepare quotes, arrange collection, inspect and purchase items, process payouts, review channel partner applications, coordinate approved bulk purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, improve the service, maintain records and meet legal obligations.
When we share information
We may share only what is needed with our operations team, collection and logistics providers, payment providers, technical service providers, professional advisers and public authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal information as a standalone product.

Community posts and offers
Need titles, stories, item descriptions, categories and city names are public. Contact details remain private and are used by SellUs.pk to coordinate a potential match. We may share limited contact information between participants only when appropriate for a handoff and after reasonable checks.
Retention
We keep quote, transaction and support records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including dispute, fraud prevention, accounting and legal requirements. Retention periods vary by record type.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to legal and operational exceptions. You may also opt out of non-essential marketing messages.
