1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply when you use SellUs.pk or submit an item for valuation. By continuing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, capable of entering a contract in Pakistan and agree to these terms.
2. Quotes are provisional
An online estimate is based on the information you provide and is not a binding purchase offer. The final offer may increase or decrease after we inspect the item’s identity, specifications, condition, functionality and market demand.
3. Your ownership and information
You confirm that you own the item or are authorised by its owner to sell it, that it is not lost, stolen, counterfeit, financed without permission to sell, or subject to another person’s claim, and that all information you provide is accurate.
4. Collection and inspection
Collection availability depends on location, category and operational capacity. You must package the item reasonably and remove personal accessories not included in the quote. Risk transfers only when our authorised representative records collection.
5. Final offer and rejection
After inspection, we may make a final offer. You may accept or decline within the stated period. If you decline, we will arrange return where available. Return fees may apply if the item was materially misdescribed, prohibited or sent without approval.
6. Payout
We pay after acceptance and completion of any ownership, identity and account checks. Bank or wallet processing times are outside our control. The payout destination must belong to you or an authorised recipient.
7. Data on devices
You are responsible for backing up and removing personal data, accounts, SIM cards and memory cards before collection. See our Security page for preparation steps.
8. Prohibited items
We may reject suspected stolen or counterfeit goods, unsafe batteries, hazardous items, devices with manipulated identifiers, or any item whose sale would breach law or third-party rights. We may cooperate with lawful authorities.
9. I Need This community
Community requests must be truthful, lawful and for genuine practical use rather than resale or fundraising. Offers must accurately describe the item, its condition and any discounted price. SellUs.pk may review, pause, edit for privacy, or remove requests and offers that appear unsafe, misleading, discriminatory, commercial or abusive. We facilitate introductions but do not guarantee a match, item quality, delivery or either participant’s conduct.
10. Community safety
Do not send advance money, share passwords or one-time codes, or disclose unnecessary identity documents. Participants remain responsible for inspecting items and choosing a safe handoff. SellUs.pk may request verification before connecting participants.
11. Channel partners
A channel partner application does not guarantee approval, inventory access, availability, pricing or allocation. Approved partners receive lot descriptions, grading information, payment terms and collection or delivery arrangements separately. Partners are responsible for their own resale disclosures, warranties, taxes, licences and compliance with applicable consumer and trade laws.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SellUs.pk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights available under applicable consumer law.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version displayed when you submit a quote, need, offer or partner application will apply to that interaction. Questions may be sent to legal@sellus.pk.
